Steamed codfish

This is my lunch with my mother outside, today. Steamed codfish? Yes, it is good to eat in this way. Because, if the fish is not fresh, you can find it by this steamed cooking technique. Why? We do not add too much flavors in steamed food. So, the flavor you smell, the mouth feel you feel, it's the true flavor of that fish.

We only add a little sliced chili(to make it looks good), caraway, scallion and sliced ginger on the top. Really good to eat in this steamed method. Not oily, not heavy sauce or flavored.
