pork bun

This is my snack food today. After riding my bike to so many places, I felt tired & hungry. So, I went to a famous night market near my office. This pork bun is famous. There are 3 flavors. The one I ordered is mixed.

What is inside my bun? Meat, meat with fat, pickles, peanuts powder & spice. 40 NTD for 1 pork bun. ( equals to 1 Euro dollar)

I do not think this as a bun. I think it more similar to hot dog. The way meat inside bun. Hot dog?
