mm, interesting ? We call this elephant trunk clam. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoduck )Maybe I eat thos before. I do not remember. We usually put this into boiled water for a while. Then, it will be easy to take off the shells & skin. After that, you can slice it. Usually, we add some soy sauce or wasabi on it when we eat.

It looks like the long nose of elephant. It also can stretch. Do you know what this really simliar to ? Think a little bit dirty way ~~~ *_^ !!
